It just seems that way because it’s in front of your eyes. Bangs, like the hair on the rest of your head grows between 1/2–1 inch per month.

Are they actually growing faster than the rest of my hair, and if so why? This is biologically not true. Hair follicles grow at the same rate no matter how long the hair is.
