Andeliusgribbe is a company which designs, produces and markets jewellery through its own website. A fulfilled purchase means that you have agreed to our terms and conditions, and that you consent to your name and address being registered on our website.
To place an order on our website you must fill in the required information when registering. Your email address is important for us to confirm your order, and inform you of any changes in your order. Please ensure that your details are accurate. We do not give out your information to other companies or organizations.

An internet order is fulfilled when you have received a confirmation email from us. We cannot guarantee delivery of all products ordered, but should this be the case we will be in touch to arrange collection and reimburse the full payment. If you encounter any problems or have any questions please contact us by email and we will be glad to assist you.
All prices on the website are in Swedish crowns (SEK). For shipping destinations within the EU, Swedish VAT of 25% is included. Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied by your country.
We claim our right to change prices without prior notice.
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original packing list. Shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 30 days after we received the goods of the return of the product. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items and the risk. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
If you wish to exchange your product, send us a mail with your order number, what you wish to send back and what you would like to exchange it for. Send your piece back in its original package with the delivery note and we will exchange it as soon as the package returns to us. All exchanges are subject to availability. Remember that items bought on a sale will not be exchanged.
In order to shop in our commerce requires that you are 18 years old or have parental consent.
If the product you receive is damaged or faulty, we will replace the item in question. Mail us, see below, and we will provide you with return freight label. Return the item together with the return slip and the invoice or a copy.
Swedish and international orders are shipped with the Swedish Post registered mail with a tracking service. We ship your order within 48 hours (weekdays) and estimate the delivery time to 3-5 working days in the Nordic countries. Please email us if you have a specific date when you need your jewelry and we will do our best to prioritize your order and meet your needs.
We ship internationally – please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Andeliusgribbe reserves the right to adjust freight rates in accordance with price increases. Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.

Andeliusgribbe shall in case of Force Majeure be relieved from liability for failure to perform obligations where the failure is a result of acts of nature, acts of terrorism, wars, accidents, strike, embargo, government sanction, sabotage, interruption or failure of electricity and internet services or other similar occurrence beyond Andeliusgribbe´s control. When an event of Force Majeure Andeliusgribbe shall soonest possible notify the Customer.
